A happier and shorter entry today...
I started the gym again today, with my mother this time! Only 18 months of nagging, and she finally gave in!
Well, the rest of the family joined, so she decided to as well, so not as satisfying a victory.
But at least I'm getting back into things again, instead of just worrying that I'm sitting around all day.
Now I ache...
