I had a call early this morning. It woke me up.
It was work.
Where was I? People couldn't be served! I was the one on the rota today!
But... When I drew up the rotas, we agreed there were 2 persons working the front, and I was starting the later shift. And this is precisely what my diary and calender backed up.
Oh no, the boss had changed the rota and didn't bother to tell me. Grand!
She'd even cleared it with the other staff!
It took her a few hours, but I got an apology.
