Today, there was almost mutiny at the cafe. Well, not to overthrow the boss, but the kitchen manager / head chef.
He is incompetent, and had the audacity to blame US for HIS failings and mistakes. Repeated outbursts every time we went near the kitchen.
How could we continue being our smiley, cheery selves in front of our customers following that?? With restraint and professionalism it seems, whilst seething under the surface. On an incredibly busy day, that was all we needed...
Thank GOODNESS he now has a week off.......
