First day back at work, and full of snot and pressure build-up in my ears. Not a great way to start reality again, although I should be used to the familiar post-holiday illness. No wonder I slept 12 hours! Looks like I'll be missing fitness yet again tonight too, more's the pity. I've lost 3lb in weight, I presume muscle tone.
The number of people I have verbally told about our engagement? Zero. I text my mum, and a friend, and the computer and word of mouth has done the rest. Kinda useful. Kinda took the wind out of my sails too...
