It took another 5 hours for Grandma to receive any pain relief. She was actually screaming that she wanted to die because of the pain. It's upsetting and abhorrent.
Relatives left her still in A&E at 3.30am.
She's still in so much pain, and painkillers leave her incoherent.
It's not looking good...
