So, the pain in my neck is now constant. The muscles have wound so tight that I have ever-present pain through my shoulders, up my neck and radiating throughout my head.
I have been told that it has thrown my shoulders out of alignment, and no amount of massaging and anti-inflammatories are helping.
I have to get up at 5.30 tomorrow morning, to go and spend a day at the flower show with mum. We've wanted to go for years, and I've been told it is better than Chelsea. We'll see how I cope...
