Last evening, I found a chart about sleep patterns and how it is better to wake at the end of a full sleep cycle. It enables you to wake up bouncy and ready to go, as opposed to wanting to sleep in or bite everyone's heads off as I usually do... I thought it was worth a try.
I went to bed and I tried to fall asleep by the time predetermined by the time I wanted to wake up.
It WORKED!!! I woke up, and I was not at all groggy!!!!!
Shame it was 3am...
