It turns out that I can not have the repairs done to my car. At least, not through the insurance. If I contact them, I have been told that they'll write off my perfectly good car because of the age. It's ridiculous!!
That Woman has had the cheek to claim on her own insurance but say that they 'hold me responsible' and are trying to claim for 'uninsured losses' instead. Is it me, or does this not make sense?
Ach, I'm going to eat more chocolate.
