The bird scarer cannot be heard over the gales today, but I assume it is going.
Once again, Dad went to find it and pull it apart last night. This time, he left a laminated page on it containing the laws surrounding its use.

Another day to stay on today. More flooding, and now the wind is pretty bad too as they predicted. Why can't they ever be wrong about BAD weather??
