I had a dream, and the flashbacks and associated feelings will not dissipate.
I was with the Ex. My thoughts were on Gray. I asked the Ex if the time was right for us to end things. He strode over, took me in his arms and kissed me.
"No" he said softly.
I woke up.
I still feel wildly emotional and panicked.
